Yahan 15 yoga aasano (poses) ke saath unke fayde aur unhe kaise karna hai, Hindi mein diye gaye hai:
1. Tadasana (Mountain Pose):
Fayde: Baithne ki position sudharti hai, jaanghon aur ghutnon ko majboot banati hai, jagrukta badhati hai.
Kaise kare: Pair jod kar khade ho jaye, vajan barabar tareeke se rakhe aur kamar ko lamba kare. Kandhe ko aaram se chhode aur gehri saans lein.
2. Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend):
Fayde: Pindliyon aur pindaliyon ke tanav ko door karta hai, tanav ko kam karta hai, dimag ko shant karta hai.
